Product Design Collaboration

We work with our customers to design products that meet their market and price requirements. We can provide up-to-date ideas in fabric selection, color coordination, and collections creation. Our special sample delivery service allows our customers to see the design in as little as 10 days.

In order to provide faster proto and sales samples turnaround, we are expanding our sampling capability at both our Shenzhen factory as well as Shanghai office. Shenzhen factory is well equipped with latest CAD pattern making systems, experienced pattern makers, and over a dozen well trained sample making technicians. Our Shanghai Office has a team of pattern makers, sample making technicians, and CAD technicians for all the sample making needs.

Thanks to the great relationship that we have developed with the Chinese fabric mills for the last 11 years, we specialize in sourcing unique, quality, and fashionable fabrics.

Product Manufacturing

Quality has always been the core value of Cheng Kung. Our experienced team is constantly monitoring the production progress and capable of giving our customers instant snap shot of the factory production activities.

Flexibility is an attribute of our production capability. In 2006, Cheng Kung delivered more than 700 styles of woven and knit wears for men, women, and children.

Short production cycle gives our customers competitive edge in the global market. Our average production cycle takes 8 weeks, from fabric dying to product shipping. Special order can be done in less time. For instance, we shipped 1000+ ski jackets to a Swiss customer in 7 days after we had received the outer fabric from Switzerland. In another case where the fabric needed to be dyed, it took us 14 days to ship 3000+ male shirts to a Danish customer.

Export Coordination

Export procedure in China can be a big headache for some customers. Our experienced team is very familiar with export procedures, saving our customers time and money in shipping products overseas.
